Leading and managing to the next level
We are delighted that our case sudy research report to accompany the television series 'The Next level' has now been published. In it we have identified a number of Personal Traits and Behaviours which leaders need to demonstrate to ensure continued business success and growth. We have conducted a comprehensive mapping exercise between the Investors in People standard and the recently published National Occupational Standards for Leadership and Management.

Team Management Profile
We are delighted to announce that we are now able to offer our clients the Team Management Profile. This extensively researched and proven psychometric tool complements our work in helping create high performance teamworking.
A 5,000 word personalised Profile looks at where your motivation lies, how you can best contribute to team success and how you are likely to lead, manage and link with others.
It can be used with either individual team members, managers and leaders, but is at its most powerful when used to build and sustain high performance teams.
